Shipping Information
It is important to us that all orders are packed and shipped with care, in a timely manner. Please ensure you enter correct contact details at checkout, so we can get in touch regarding your purchase if we need. Shop our range of personal care, and household and commercial products — men’s and women’s razors, period & light incontinence products, ISO wipes, sanitizer, Fish-Off wipes, insect repellent wipes and more!
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 for small items that fit in an Australia Post Tracked Envelope. For all other orders/items, shipping fees are calculated at checkout:
- Aricare orders are generally sent via tracked, regular Australia Post to all Australian states.
- $6.65 for orders that fit in an Australia Post Medium Tracked Envelope.
- $8.35 for orders that fit in an Australia Post Large Tracked Envelope.
- Orders that fit in a satchel will be quoted at Checkout.
- Bulky orders to some metro areas may be shipped via Couriers Please.
- All regional orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Packaging
Most orders are dispatched in Australia Post or Couriers Please packaging. However, as we love the earth, we will also try to reuse packing materials where possible rather than throwing them away. So, at times, your parcel may not be the prettiest parcel to receive, but it if it helps our planet that’s more important.
Dispatch Times
Within 1–2 business days, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm.
Delivery Times
Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to Australia Post and Couriers Please time-frames. Delivery delays may be experienced due to COVID-19 and related disruptions.
Authority to Leave Items
You may request to have your package left in a safe place at your premises. Please note, we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages if this request is made.
Returns
Aricare accepts returns 30 days from purchase. Items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging. For ‘Change of Mind’ returns, buyer must pay return postage.
