Shipping Cost is automatically calculated after you add a product to your shopping cart.
Shipping cost will be applied to all orders under 100 kilograms. Shipping is charged according to weight (as converted to cubic meters) and the shipping cost is updated with every new item placed in the shopping cart.
Customers can view total shipping cost on the shopping cart page by simply clicking on the ‘Get a Quote’ link after adding a product to your shopping cart and filling the correct postcode number.
Whilst we endeavor to deliver all products as soon as possible, please note that order preparation time can take up to three business days.
Aricare offers a door-to-door courier service on all parcels. In the rare event that this service is unavailable we reserve the right to send parcels via registered Australian Post.
Courier charges vary dependent on recipient location. Remote locations may be charged at a higher rate than metro areas.
We currently do not offer international shipping on any items in the Aricare range.
When customers choose Couriers Please as their preferred shipping method, the order will be shipped via our contracted courier.
A tracking number can be supplied upon request.
By default Couriers Please require you to sign upon receipt of your package. If you are not at home at the time of delivery Couriers Please will leave a notice detailing how you can retrieve your package. If you do not collect your package in the time frame given it will be returned to us and additional re-delivery fees will apply.
You can have your package left at your premises in the event no one is there to collect it. To request this option please leave a message in the comments section when checking out. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages if this request is made.
Rates vary depending on recipient’s location. Customers can view the total shipping cost by putting in their correct postcode on the Shopping Cart Page.
Courier rates are charged by whichever is heavier, ‘dead weight’ or ‘cubic to kg’.
To work out ‘cubic to kg’ use the following method: (LENGTH x WIDTH x HEIGHT) x 250
Lets use an item that has a dead weight of 7kg, and it’s dimensions are 40cm x 30cm x 20cm.
Working out the above examples ‘cubic to kg’ would be done as follows: (0.4 x 0.3 x 0.2) x 250 = 6kg
This item would be charged according to it’s dead weight (7kg), as this works out to be the heaviest.
All orders 0 to 5kg will be shipped via satchels and charged the appropriate satchel charge + GST.
All orders 5kg to 100kg will be charged the custom-carton rates according to Courier’s rates.
Shipping time is also dependent on the recipient’s location.
Northern Territory: 2-5 working days.
New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory: 0-3 working days.
Victoria: 1-4 working days.
Queensland:1-4 working days.
South Australia: 2-4 working days.
Western Australia: 2-6 working days.
Tasmania: 2-7 working days.
Courier Shipping CANNOT be shipped to PO Boxes.
Please note that due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation, all shipments can also be delayed but still be able to be tracked by tracking number.
Australia Post Shipping:
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post and rates are quoted directly from the Australia Post Delivery Rate Server.
As Australia Post can only ship items up to 20kg this method is unable to be used for orders heavier than 20kg.
For order which more than 20kg, will be calculated according to Australia Post rate if they accept the size & weight.
Store Pickup (Walk In):
When a customer chooses the Store Pickup (Walk In) method; Aricare will not ship the order but only prepare/pack it. This customer will need to come to Aricare to pick up his/her order. Please allow two working days for preparation of your order. There will not be any shipping cost for Store Pickup method. Customers will need to come to the following address for pick up:

This policy applies to goods purchased at Arico Corporation online channels including the Bargain Buy Store on eBay, Aricare, Shaving Club, PapaBazz and Wondergirl.com.au. The sale of goods by Arico will be subject to certain laws including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
You are entitled to return a product within a reasonable time manner if you believe that there is a problem or change of mind. Buyers are responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. Arico reserves the right to assess the eligibility of goods for return (including the condition and age of the goods) before accepting them as returned.
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, the item must meet the below conditions.
Goods are in saleable condition
Goods are unworn and unused and in the sealed packaging
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. Product with obvious signs of use
2. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

To return your product, you should mail your product to ARICO Corporation Pty Ltd, Unit 4/27 Mars Road, NSW Lane Cove 2066 Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
